The project management office manager
At Professional Track, Project Management Office (PMO) is dedicated to ensuring seamless coordination between our field teams and clients. We lead different field teams across the country at central and regional level and organize weekly, biweekly, and monthly meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure client satisfaction.
By maintaining close communication and actively gathering feedback, we continuously identify opportunities for business improvements, operational efficiency, and service excellence.
